1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at sankalp-learning-5442f.web.app and using our educational calculator, predictor tools, mock tests, and notes libraries, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account on Sankalp, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for protecting your password and account credentials. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy
All content included on the site, such as study notes, formulas, questions, software engines, and graphic overlays, is the property of Sankalp Aspirants and is protected by copyright laws. To protect our copyright material:
- You are granted a single-user license to read and practice note materials.
- Downloading, printout conversions, or redistributing files is prohibited unless explicitly marked as free download.
- Our secure notes viewer employs screen-snip protection. Attempting to take screenshots, scrape canvases, or bypass access filters will lead to account suspension.
4. Purchases & Refunding
All payments are handled securely through Razorpay. Fees for mock tests, predictors, and paid notes are charged upfront. Once digital materials or mock test keys are unlocked under a student account, refunds will not be issued, except as required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our tools (Calculator, Predictor, and Mock Tests) are designed to support student preparation. While we strive to ensure absolute accuracy of historical WBJEE cutoffs, official rounds are decided entirely by the WBJEEB Board. Sankalp does not guarantee admission to any college or particular rank and holds no liability for student academic outcomes.
